This deliverable presents the results of Task 2.1, which assesses data center markets in Austria, Norway, and Poland. It defines the relevant market segments in each country, identifies potential heat sinks, and examines the technical, spatial, and regulatory conditions that determine the feasibility of recovering excess heat. These findings provide the basis for defining key performance indicators in Task 2.2 and developing case scenarios in Task 2.3.
